WHY,the less protein spot?
 

I have a problem,when i have extracted plant protein,my partner help me extract one sample,the others was extracted by myself.The picture of the 2D gel was that my partner's good,but mine have less protein spots.All of methods are the same,I use TCA-acetone.I ground the plant sample use over five minutes,I guess the protein is degraed.Please help.
