 What are the protein modifications shifts the pI to basic side? Hi, Anybody knows , what are the modifications shifts the protein to basic acid? I know phosphorylation and acetylation shifts it to acidic side, any other modification for acidic side? and What are the modifications shifts the molecular weight change 5 -10kDa difference? I have protein spots 5 to 6 spots in basic side in 2D westernblot with 2 to 5 kDa differences . what it could be? thx  |
