 IEF opinion Hi guys, I'm testing two different IEF protocols, and I need some advices. My strips are 18 cm longer, pH 3-10. I have changed GE's standart protocol to improve my focalization, but I don't think it is good enough. Is it better a long time in low voltages (i.e. 1000 V step) with many volt hours, or a longer time in higher voltages (i.e. 10000V step)? The attachments contain the two protocols tested. Thanks!   |
