| I can only say that I have used exactly what is instructed in the product manual, from Biorad. It mentions all parameters for each kind of IPG strip. First step is to follow these strictly. If there is scope for improvement, one can change the specific parameter that might be helpful. I have got pretty good results from the prescribed parameters. Cheers! |
