| hi, I need some information about determining specific protein in 2-D gel. antibodies are usually used to mark proteins in gel. I wonder that, can we use labeled DNA as a probe? i.e a protein which capable of binding a specific DNA fragment, can be determined in gel using labeled (for example fluoresans labeled) DNA fragment. are there any body who have an information for this. I really need your helps. thank you. |
